nnkk Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities & the Rules That Govern Your Account

By accessing or using the nnkk platform at https://nnkk.io, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the nnkk platform and close your account if one has been opened.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and account holders who access nnkk services from Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction in which they choose to use the platform. They govern all interactions with the nnkk website, mobile interface, live casino, sportsbook, slot games, jackpot products, and any other service operated under the nnkk brand.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the authoritative version. In the event of any conflict between a translation and the English text, the English text shall prevail.

nnkk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Where a player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years, nnkk will suspend the account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and may permanently close the account. Any winnings generated by an account that is found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21 will be forfeited in full.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the nnkk platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, a different device, or via a proxy or VPN — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or other payment wallet. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

nnkk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming obligations. All nnkk accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through Bangladeshi payment methods. All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in BDT.

nnkk accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL Nexus), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless a specific promotional offer specifies a different minimum. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by nnkk, although your payment provider may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nnkk account in real time and typically reflect within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may take up to 15 minutes. You may request a withdrawal of available funds (real-money balance, excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) at any time by submitting a withdrawal request through your nnkk account dashboard.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible. nnkk reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified payment method held in your name if the original deposit method cannot be used for outbound transactions.

nnkk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by nnkk are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified; any uncleared bonus balance will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the promotion period.

Not all games on the nnkk platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. nnkk operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to bonus abuse. Activities considered abusive include but are not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus across multiple accounts, hedging bonus bets across correlated outcomes to reduce variance, using automated software to clear wagering requirements, and exploiting any technical error in bonus calculation. Where bonus abuse is detected, nnkk reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, remove the bonus balance, and permanently close the relevant account or accounts.

All bets and wagers placed on the nnkk platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that market, as published within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all nnkk products.

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the nnkk system — evidenced by the deduction of the staked amount from your account balance — it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the player. nnkk reserves the right to cancel a wager in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: technical errors in odds pricing, duplicate bet placement caused by system error, or the identification of a corrupted game round. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance in full.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not conclude within the time frame specified in the relevant market rules, bets on that event will typically be declared void and stakes returned. nnkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where nnkk has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• The account holder has provided false registration information or failed KYC verification.
• The account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to nnkk, its payment partners, or other players on the platform.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion and the exclusion period has not yet elapsed.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, nnkk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, nnkk may forfeit the balance and report the matter to relevant authorities. Where an account is closed for administrative or commercial reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your own nnkk account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions.

nnkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nnkk will notify registered account holders by email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the nnkk website for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the nnkk platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of Bangladesh as a consumer. nnkk does not waive any right to seek legal remedies where a player has engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, illegal, or constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
